Kristen's Approach to Counseling

The lotus is one of the most beautiful flowers and yet not many understand the growth process of this beauty. The lotus starts growing in the mud and petals open one by one.

Counseling can be a similar beautiful journey. Usually it starts with acknowledging the "mud" or life's current challenges. Then together we will be curious, reflect and grow with new skills & opportunities to make better decisions and be compassionate with ourselves & those around us.
