Cancellations
A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellation otherwise a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
If using insurance, please check with your specific plan to confirm any co-pay or responsibilities for outpatient mental health. Clients are required to present a copy of insurance card & completed new client forms prior to initial appointment.
